#1) Eat something while drinking
If you drink alcohol on an empty stomach, it's easy to take in your body. In addition I'll recommend to drink milk or turmeric before alcohol.
#2) Don't take medicine while drinking
Alcohol can change the effect of medicine. It's really dangerous. Be careful.
#3) Keep your pace of drinking
If you drink alcohol so fast, blood-alcohol concentration rises drastically. In specific, chugging sets up acute alcohol poisoning. At worst, it will kill you unfortunately.
#4) Drink moderately
How much is moderate amount? I don't know, it depend on person. so maybe you know. In a general way, it's said that two units of alcohol. For example, 2 bottles of beer, 2 glasses of wine or whiskey. That wouldn't be enough for me...
#5) Weaken strong liquor
Strong liquor causes intense irritation of your throat. In addition, it's easy to get drunk 'cause tend to drink too much. However, I like a whiskey on the rock.
#6) Don't force others to drink
I've already told you that we have a pace and amount to drink earch other. If you force others to drink, you disrupt their drinking. It's bad-mannered. Unfortunately, Japan has this sort of habit.
#7) Cut your drinking by midnight
If you keep drinking after midnight, you might carry over alcohol nextday. Hangover doesn't make you clever.
#8) Give liver a rest 2 days per week
If you drunk moderately, it takes 6 hours that your liver breaks down alcohol. You shouldn't drink alcohol everyday. When I was in Japan, everyday...
#9) Take a regular check
Your liver breaks down alcohol after drinking. Nevertheless, if you drink too much and frequently, Your liver is harmed. You should take check your liver function sometime. I've never taken that...
#10) Enjoy your socializing
To drink in moderate quantities makes you uplift. You might be more breezily and talkative. You know, pleasant chat removes a stress from you! What's more, conversation in English is good for you. Right?
